PRICING

How much are the party packages, and what do they include?
Pricing information is available HERE

Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.  The balance is due and payable at the end of your party.

Is there an additional charge for siblings and parents?
There is no extra cost for parents.  Siblings that participate in play are counted as guests.

What if I have more than 15 kids?
We happily accommodate additional guests. There is a $15 charge per additional guest over the 15 included in the party packages.  If you have between 25-30 guests, we charge an additional $75 charge (above the $15/guest), as we hire a third host and expand the space to 1/2 of the field.

When do I pay for my bill?
Payment is due at the end of your party.  You can pay by credit card (no American Express), check or cash.

May I leave a gratuity?
Yes! Gratuities are always welcomed and appreciated by our party host staff.

SCHEDULING

How do I schedule a party?
Just give us a call and we’ll schedule a time that works for you and your birthday child.  Our number is 609-426-0030.

What if I need to reschedule my party?
If necessary, we can reschedule your party.  There is no additional charge; however, we cannot guarantee that another specific date and time are available.  Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry, no exceptions).

FIELD PLAY

What sports or games do the kids play?
Depending on which party package you chose, your birthday child will have a choice of two or three high energy games, including soccer, kickball, dodgeball, wiffle ball, and flag football.  If your birthday child has a special request, please let us know in advance – we love to learn new games!

What kind of balls are used for dodge ball?
Dodge ball is one of our most popular selections for birthday play.  It’s competitive, energetic and lots of fun!  We see a lot of smiles and laughter on the field, especially when we ask the parents to participate.  The type of balls we use are specifically made for dodge ball and feature a foam core with a non-sting coating for safe play.

 

Do I have the whole field for my party? 

For parties of less than 25 children, we use 1/3 of the field, which is 7,000 square feet of play space.  For parties greater than 25 children, we expand the space to 1/2 of the field, which is an additional charge of $75.  If you would like the entire field, please call for prices and availability.

FUNBALLZ

What are Funballz Bumperz?
Imagine an oversized inflatable ball that you wear around your body.  Slip it over your head, slide the straps over your shoulders like a backpack, hold on tight to the handles, and run!  If you trip, and you will, no problem – the Bumperz will absorb all the shock!  If you still can’t imagine it, please click HERE

Can you breath in the Bumperz?
Yes, of course.  There is an opening at the top and bottom for air flow.

Is there a height limit for FunBallz Bumperz?
To safely maneuver the youth FunBallz, each participant must be at least 44 inches.

What games are played using the Bumperz and Hamster Ball?
We have cooked up some crazy games for the Funballz Bumperz, and they are all guaranteed to make you laugh!  The fun includes soccer Bumperz, zumo wrestling, relay hurdlez just to start.  For the hamster ball, we have a silly game of dodge ball – it’s all against one, but the one in the ball is having a ball!  The best thing about these big toys is that the fun is limitless and the laughter is non-stop!

TEAM ROOM

Is the Team Room private?
The Team Room is set up specifically for your party and can accommodate up to 30 kids comfortably.

Can I start the party in the Team Room?
Because the party is a sports party, which means there is a lot of running around, we always end the party in the Team Room.  We don’t want to upset bellies full of pizza and cake.

Will the party hosts be available to assist in the Team Room?
Of course!  Our hosts are responsible for managing the Team Room – from serving the pizza and the drinks to cutting the cake.

Can I use my own decorations in the Team Room?
SportsZone provides the paper goods such as table cloths, napkins, plates, forks, cups, etc.  However, if you have a specific sports theme and would like to bring your own paper goods, that’s fine.

Who sets up and cleans up the Team Room?
Our party hosts will set up the room to accommodate your party guests and clean up when your party ends.

Once in the Team Room, can our guests re-enter the field?
We kindly ask that your party remain in the Team Room during pizza and cake.  If there is another party on the field while your guests are in the Team Room, access to the field will not be permitted.  Also when exiting, please exit through the hall, not the field.

Do you provide balloons or favors?
We provide a balloon bouquet for the birthday child’s table.  If you’d like to bring your own inflated balloons, no problem.  We do not provide favors.

DAY OF PARTY

What time should my guests arrive?
Please ask your guests to arrive about 10-15 minutes ahead of your scheduled party time.  This allows time for parents to sign or turn in a waiver and for children to receive a wristband.

Are sneakers required?
Sneakers are not required, but it makes play a lot more fun!

Are waivers required?
For our insurance purposes and in order to participate in play, each child is required to have a waiver signed by a parent, caregiver, or an adult representing the child.  Once the waiver is signed, the child will receive a colorful wristband to wear.  The wristbands signal to the party hosts that the child is allowed to participate.  Also, each child wearing a wristband is counted as a guest.

FOOD

Do you provide a cake?  And what if I bring an ice cream cake?
We do not provide a cake. If you have an ice cream cake, we have a freezer to hold until it’s time to cut and serve.

What kind of pizza & drinks do you serve?
Pizza and drinks for the kids are included in your birthday package price.  Unless you have a special request, the pizza we serve is a plain cheese pie.  Toppings are an extra fee.  Drinks offered are typically Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, water, apple juice, lemonade, and tea.

Can I bring outside food?
We kindly ask that you do not bring in outside food.

What if my child has an allergy?
If your child or a guest has an allergy, please let us know in advance.

Can I order extra food for the parents?
Absolutely! We offer several items to choose from – sub sandwiches, wraps, pasta, salad and pizza. Typically, parents of the birthday child order extra pizzas for the adults, but it’s not necessary. Cost per pizza is $14, which includes drinks.  Please call for pricing of other items.
